For your physical health …
At all times, a nurse can advise you on the best way to deal with your problem, based on the information you provide. This is the first step you should take in dealing with all health care problems, because a simple phone call may save you an unneeded trip to the local emergency department or walk-in clinic.

For your mental health …
Are you having a personal or family crisis ? A psychosocial can advise you on how best to act in the situation. If needed, you will be referred to a psychosocial intervener at the CLSC who will meet with you immediately or at your convenience.
